SPECIAL REPORT: House OKs bill to nix cross-border program funding
Monday, November 19th, 2007An appropriations bill, already approved by the House, is now in the hands of the U.S. Senate, could kill federal funding for the cross-border trucking program with Mexico, and prohibit tolling on interstates in Texas. President Bush has already threatened to kill the legislation.
